Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger's Pacific Palisades mansion is back on the market for $19.99 million

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are once again looking for a buyer for their Pacific Palisades mansion. The couple has relisted the custom-built Los Angeles estate for $19.99 million, marking the fifth time the property has been put on the market since 2023.

The latest listing represents a major reduction from the home’s original $32 million asking price. According to Celebrity Net Worth, the couple first attempted to sell the property in July 2023, but several listings and price changes have failed to produce a reported sale.

The property itself is an especially significant investment for the Hollywood couple. Pratt originally purchased the Pacific Palisades property for $15.6 million in 2018, before he and Schwarzenegger demolished the existing residence and spent roughly three years constructing a new luxury home.

The Mansion Has Been Relisted Five Times Since 2023

The completed estate spans nearly 13,000 square feet and features six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Its amenities include a private movie theater, large entertainment areas, expansive balconies, custom finishes and views across Los Angeles.

Despite its size and extensive customization, the mansion has struggled to attract a buyer at its original valuation. The couple initially listed it for $32 million in July 2023 before reducing the price to $29.99 million several months later. The property was subsequently relisted at $32 million before disappearing from the market again.

The luxury property has been relisted for the fifth time since its original $32 million asking price.

A third attempt arrived in June 2024 at $24.5 million, followed by another withdrawal later that year. The property returned in August 2025 for $19.99 million and remained available until March 2026. Now, the same $19.99 million price has returned with the fifth listing.

Pratt and Schwarzenegger Are Building Another Home

The repeated attempts to sell do not appear to be connected to a need to downsize. Instead, the couple has already invested in another Los Angeles property.

In 2023, Pratt and Schwarzenegger purchased a Brentwood property for $12.5 million and subsequently demolished the existing structure to build a new custom residence. The property was previously known as the Zimmerman House, a midcentury modern home designed by architect Craig Ellwood.

While their Brentwood project is being completed, the family has reportedly spent time in Montecito. The couple’s Pacific Palisades mansion therefore appears to be a property they are attempting to move on from rather than one they need to sell quickly for financial reasons.

The latest $19.99 million price is more than $12 million below the property’s original asking price. However, because the couple’s construction expenses are not publicly known, the eventual sale price will not necessarily indicate how much profit they make from the property.
